Tan Trao Club - A close bridge between the Party, the State and the People

Building a strong club

After 4 congresses, from the time when the provisional Executive Committee had only 07 comrades, up to now, 48 comrades have been elected as members of the Executive Committee. In the Executive Committee, there are Standing Executive Committee members and Branch Heads of the branches.

To facilitate and improve the quality of thematic activities, the Board of Directors of Tan Trao Club has established sub-committees. Up to now, there are 7 sub-committees: Propaganda Sub-committee, Women Sub-committee, Sports Sub-committee, Former People's Police Officers Sub-committee, Former Military Personnel Sub-committee, Former Teachers Sub-committee and Arts Sub-committee. Each term, the Board of Directors has elected an Inspection Committee to inspect and supervise the activities of Tan Trao Club.

The Club regularly does a good job of developing members, building the Club stronger and stronger in both quantity and quality. When it was first established (in 2005), the Club only had 50 members, but now the Club has more than 400 members.
Strengthening people's trust in the Party

To effectively carry out the task of propagating and disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws and policies, the Club has organized domestic and foreign news information to its members to continuously raise revolutionary vigilance and members' trust in the Party and the State.

Every year, once a quarter, the Board of Directors of Tan Trao Club coordinates with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to organize for members to listen to news and specialized information, promptly updating new documents, political events, important socio-economic issues of the country, the locality, and Party Resolutions to members.

Since its establishment, hundreds of news sessions have been organized with over 20,000 members participating. Members are always exemplary in actively studying directives and resolutions, accessing the policies and guidelines of the Party and the State, at the branches and Party committees where they operate, in thematic talks organized by the Tan Trao Club and in the activities of the branches.

In particular, to innovate propaganda work, in 2023, the Club's Executive Board signed a Coordination Program with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department in propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, and protecting the Party's ideological foundation. In 2023 and 2024, Tan Trao Club members had 16 articles participating in the political contest "Protecting the Party's foundation and ideology, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation" organized by the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics in coordination with the Central Propaganda Department.

The Propaganda Subcommittee has actively coordinated with branches and subcommittees to regularly propagate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws to members through the annual review and summary, meetings to celebrate major national, industry and local holidays, and through branch meetings at their places of residence and the internal newsletter of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

Actively participate in building the Party and political system

As a member of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province, through the terms, Tan Trao Club regularly and actively participated and contributed opinions to the Party committees, authorities, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws.

To innovate the method of operation, the Executive Board of Tan Trao Club and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province signed a Program of coordination in consulting, social criticism, giving opinions on Party building, government building, building Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council, and socio-economic development plans and projects of the Provincial People's Committee.

Tan Trao Club has actively participated in gathering opinions reflecting the legitimate aspirations and wishes of all classes of people and members of Tan Trao Club on Party building and government building before the sessions of the People's Council of Tuyen Quang province and city, contributing to building an increasingly strong political system from the province to the grassroots.

Tan Trao Club has actively participated and contributed ideas to the drafting of documents of the Provincial Party Congresses for the 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, and 17th terms; the Congress of the Town Party Committee (now Tuyen Quang City) for the 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th terms and the Congresses of branches and Party Committees at the commune and ward levels in Tuyen Quang City. It has contributed quality ideas to the planning work, programs, and key socio-economic development projects of the province.

Currently, the Club has 121 members participating in work in Party organizations, government, Fatherland Front and social organizations from provincial to grassroots levels in Tuyen Quang city, such as the Association of the Elderly, Advisory Councils of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, city and commune, ward, Veterans Association, Education Promotion Association, Former Teachers Association, Union of Science and Technology Associations of the province; Party cell secretary cum head of residential group, Deputy Party cell secretary cum head of residential group Front Committee, Head of People's Inspectorate of the ward... Thereby actively contributing to propagating and implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws to members, party members and people.

Since its establishment, after 20 years of construction and development, Tan Trao Tuyen Quang Club has constantly strived to promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility to effectively carry out the tasks assigned by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee. It has done a good job of building the apparatus and developing its membership to grow stronger in both quantity and quality; regularly paid attention to propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws to its members, constantly raised revolutionary vigilance, maintained the members' trust in the Party and the State; actively participated in contributing opinions to the Party Committees, authorities, and the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; regularly paid attention to improving the material and spiritual life of its members; contributed to the successful implementation of the local socio-economic development goals.
