Mr. Cau said: VH6 pear variety has the ability to grow strongly, has few pests and diseases, suitable for the climate and soil of Ta Xua highlands. The care process is not too hard, just need to prune branches, fertilize and prevent pests and diseases properly for the tree to grow stably. With more than 400 pear trees, this year's crop is estimated to harvest more than 3 tons of fruit, selling from 20,000 to 25,000 VND/kg. After deducting expenses, the profit is more than 60 million VND.

Mr. Song A Mang, also in Ta Xua village, shared: In 2023, the family was selected by the Department of Agriculture and Environment to participate in the project of planting grafted pear trees, and was supported with 200 seedlings planted on an area of 5,000 m² of hilly land. With meticulous technical guidance from soil preparation, fertilization, and pruning, after nearly two years, the tree grew well, nearly 2 meters tall, and hopefully will start bearing fruit in the third year.
