Speaking at the Vietnam Logistics Forum 2025 on November 29, 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed: The Government is steadfast in its "5-comprehensive" action motto, including "Open institutions - Smooth infrastructure - Smart governance - Common practices - Understanding cooperation" to make logistics an important economic sector, contributing to realizing the goal that by 2035, Vietnam will be among the top 30 countries in the world in terms of Logistics Performance Index (LPI)./.
