According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, currently in the North there is a department cold air moving south.

On the morning of December 3, cold air will affect the Northeast, North Central and some places in the Northwest, then affect other places in the Northwest and some places in the Central Central. On land, strong northeast winds will be level 3, coastal areas will be level 4-5.

From the night of December 3, the weather in the North and North Central regions will be cold, with some places in the high mountains of the North experiencing severe cold. The lowest temperature during this cold spell in the North and North Central regions will generally be 15-18°C, in the mountainous areas of the North 13-15°C, and in the high mountains below 11°C in some places.

In the further forecast, the meteorological agency said that in the end of 2025, cold air will continue to increase in frequency and intensity and there may be severe cold in the mountainous areas of the North of our country. The average temperature in most areas across the country is generally at a level approximately equal to the average of many years in the same period.

Also this month, in provinces/cities from Quang Tri to Da Nang, the east of Quang Ngai province to Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa, there is a possibility of widespread heavy rains, concentrated in the first half of December.
