Immediately after the Provincial Party Standing Committee agreed on the policy of organizing the military-civilian Tet in 2026, the standing agency of the Provincial Military Command urgently surveyed, developed a plan and coordinated with relevant units to determine the theme, content, works and tasks to be implemented.
According to the plan, the 2026 Military-Civilian Tet will be held in Thoi Binh commune, expected from the end of January to the beginning of February 2026, with main activities such as: Propagating the Party's policies, policies and laws of the State; building new, repairing and upgrading rural roads and bridges; lighting works; building and donating houses for policy beneficiaries and households with housing difficulties; awarding scholarships to poor students who love to study; medical examination, medicine provision; traditional education ... In addition, the Military-Civilian Tet also organizes cultural exchange activities, arts, sports, labor to help people... Thereby, contributing to further tightening the solidarity between the military and the people in the province.
Up to now, agencies, units, businesses, sponsors, organizations and individuals have contributed over 18 billion VND to deploy and implement projects and tasks of the Military-Civilian Tet in Thoi Binh commune.
At the conference, delegates discussed and proposed many solutions to remove difficulties in the preparation and implementation process so that the military-civilian Tet takes place as planned, ensuring quality, bringing practical significance to the locality, contributing to the good implementation of social security policies, ensuring the people's need for cultural and spiritual enjoyment, celebrating the glorious Party, and celebrating the joyful, warm and friendly Binh Ngo Spring 2026 with military-civilian affection.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Vu Thang, Head of the Military-Civilian Tet Organizing Committee, gave a speech at the meeting.
Concluding the working session, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Vu Thang highly appreciated the preparation work of the standing agency of the Provincial Military Command, especially the planning, surveying, and implementation of identifying works and tasks for the military-civilian Tet.
In order for the military-civilian Tet to take place on time and meaningfully, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Vu Thang requested the Provincial Military Command to closely coordinate with departments, branches and sectors, promote propaganda work; strengthen the mobilization of social resources from organizations, individuals and businesses inside and outside the province to carry out meaningful projects and tasks in the locality. In particular, it is necessary to organize the military-civilian Tet closely and effectively, contributing to socio -economic development and improving people's lives in the province.
