On December 3, Phu Thuy Ward Police (Lam Dong Province) said that the unit had identified the owner and returned a land use right certificate that was picked up by a resident on the street.

On the afternoon of December 1, Phu Thuy Ward Police received a land use right certificate (red book) that a citizen picked up on the roadside and brought to report. Determining that this was an important document, directly related to the rights of the people, the unit promptly verified and contacted the owner.

Police force returned the red book to Mr. Ai

In a short time, the ward police identified the owner of the red book as Mr. Tran Quoc Ai (born in 1959, residing in Quarter 13, Phu Thuy Ward). Invited to the headquarters to receive the property, Mr. Ai expressed his emotion at the sense of responsibility of the police force and thanked the people who promptly picked up and handed over the documents.
