Locations at risk of flash floods, landslides, land subsidence on steep slopes, small streams at Khanh Hoa includes Lam Son, Anh Dung, Bac Ai Tay, Ninh Son; in Lam Dong are Bao Lam 2, Di Linh, Don Duong, D'Ran, Gia Hiep, Hiep Thanh, Hoa Ninh, Ka Do, Nam Ban Lam Ha, Quang Lap, Xuan Huong ward - Da Lat, Xuan Truong ward - Da Lat.

Coastal areas from Da Nang to Khanh Hoa need to be on guard against high tides combined with big waves, causing dike overflow, coastal road flooding and coastal erosion.
