Runner-up Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh attracted attention when she announced that she was accepted into the PhD in Management program at RMIT University, and received a full scholarship worth nearly 3 billion VND. According to her, behind this milestone is more than a year of diligently preparing documents, researching and passing many rounds of interviews to meet the strict requirements of the program.
Known as "the queen of knowledge"
Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh was born in 1998 and won the title of 1st runner-up at Miss Vietnam 2020. Since her coronation, Phuong Anh has been remembered by the audience for her gentle appearance and solid academic background.

She won third prize in the 2016 National Excellent Student Competition in French and was directly admitted to Hanoi Foreign Trade University and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. Regarding foreign languages, Phuong Anh has an IELTS 8.0 certificate and DALF C1 in French.
After winning the crown, Phuong Anh focused on pursuing her education. In 2021, the beauty graduated as valedictorian of the Information Management Systems major (RMIT University). In April 2024, she achieved excellent results while studying the Master of Global Trade program.

Besides her education, Phuong Anh's love life is also equally fulfilling. The beauty queen married businessman Ho Dac Duc in September 2023. The two are considered to be a perfect match, not only in appearance but also in education and family background.
Phuong Anh's husband is studying for his PhD in England and is the son of Professor Ho Dac Loc - Principal of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH).
Although quite secretive, Phuong Anh could not hide her gratitude when mentioning her husband, who always quietly supported and created space for her to develop her work.
Talking about her husband, Phuong Anh once expressed: "There are moments in life when you know for sure that this is the person who will be with you all the way." At the age of 27, Phuong Anh is considered a beauty queen with a fulfilling life in both career and marriage.
