The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that today, December 3, the weather in the North and North Central regions will have scattered light rain. In the Northwest, there will be some rain, with fog in the early morning. At night and in the morning, it will be cold, with some mountainous areas experiencing severe cold.

Meanwhile, from last night until today, Hue City, Da Nang City, the eastern part of the provinces from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa will have moderate to heavy rain with common rainfall from 40-100mm, in some places over 150mm.

Tonight until tomorrow, from Quang Tri to Da Nang city and the east of Quang Ngai province, there will be moderate to heavy rain with common rainfall from 40-80mm, in some places over 150mm.

Warning of risk of heavy rain over 100mm/3 hours. From the night of December 4, heavy rain will gradually decrease.

Other areas will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, especially in the Central Highlands and the South, from this afternoon there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms. Thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
