Due to the strengthening cold air combined with the weakened low pressure circulation from storm No. 15 and the disturbance of the East wind above, from the night of December 2-5, the area from Quang Tri to Da Nang, the eastern part of the provinces from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa will have widespread moderate to heavy rain.

Cold weather can potentially harm livestock and poultry and affect crop growth. Heavy rains can cause flooding in low-lying areas, flash floods in small rivers and streams, and landslides; heavy rains can cause flooding in urban areas and industrial areas. Strong winds and large waves can affect ships and activities at sea.
