In the period of 2021 - 2025, administrative reform work has received attention from Party committees and authorities at all levels in Chau Thanh district, with strong leadership and direction. Agencies, units and localities have actively deployed and coordinated to improve the quality and efficiency of administrative reform work and have achieved many positive results.
Specifically, as of May 2025, the total number of received records was 157,945, of which 95,184 were received online, reaching a rate of 66.26%. Of which, the district level received 41,319 records, the number of received online records was 12,669, reaching a rate of 30.66%, the commune level received 116,626 records, the number of received online records was 82,515 records, reaching a rate of 70.75%. The number of fully digitized administrative procedure records upon receipt was 55,905 records, reaching 32.20%. The number of digitized administrative procedure records as a result was 51,866 records, reaching 32.79%...
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Chau Thanh District People's Committee Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan praised and acknowledged the results achieved in the past time. Thereby, she hoped that agencies, units and localities would continue to implement institutional and apparatus reforms; review, build and improve the quality of cadres, civil servants and public employees; reform administrative procedures; improve the quality of administrative services and public service quality. In particular, focus on arranging, processing and digitizing documents to hand over to new units.
Based on the guidance of the Central and the province, it is necessary to review, arrange the apparatus, and assess the conditions of facilities and working equipment. Continue to promote communication work on digital transformation; focus on developing directive documents, specifying the effective implementation of the directive documents of the province and district. Organize training, ensure that commune-level administrative officials and civil servants have the capacity and qualifications to comprehensively perform the functions and tasks of the district level previously transferred to the commune level, ensuring smooth operation, meeting the requirements of the tasks according to the new model...
