Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts, urgency and determination of the leaders of units, departments, branches and localities in implementing the work of rearranging administrative units and organizing the commune-level apparatus in the past time. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that departments and branches regularly update the instructions of the Central Steering Committee, the Government and the National Assembly to promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee on implementation. At the same time, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee will directly survey, inspect and work with localities to remove difficulties and obstacles in matters related to the work of rearranging the commune-level apparatus in the province.
Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung assigned the Provincial People's Committee Office to coordinate with specialized departments to advise the Provincial People's Committee on detailed and specific documents on the arrangement and handover of facilities, assets, documents, finance, investment projects, debt settlement, regulations on functions and tasks, number of departments, etc. Assign the Department of Home Affairs to update and advise on the functions and tasks of departments at the new commune level. At the same time, urgently coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to advise the Provincial People's Committee to resolve the regimes and policies for cadres, civil servants and public employees after the arrangement in accordance with the decentralization of cadre management.
Regarding the handover and management of facilities, finance, investment projects, assets, documents, etc., units, departments, branches, and localities must strictly and seriously implement the work, ensuring that there is absolutely no loss or damage to assets and documents. At the same time, urgently edit and digitize documents. By June 30 at the latest, all facilities must be completed to meet the operational requirements of the new commune level; ensuring that the Public Administration Service Center is good, creating the most favorable conditions to serve the people.
