The competition has 6 teams with 120 children from 6 secondary schools in the province. They are: Muong So (Phong Tho district); Tam Duong town (Tam Duong district); Tan Phong, Quyet Thang, Quyet Tien, Doan Ket ( Lai Chau city).

The teams went through 3 rounds: greeting; dramatization (form of building a skit); eloquence. The content reflected the harmful effects of cigarettes and e-cigarettes; the potential risks of diseases that cigarettes cause to the living environment, human health and socio -economic development, air pollution, ecological imbalance... along with prevention and control measures; the role of teenagers and children in propaganda work on preventing and combating the harmful effects of cigarettes.
The Organizing Committee awarded first prize to Quyet Thang Secondary School team.
At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded a total of 6 first, second, third and consolation prizes to the teams. Of which, Quyet Thang Secondary School Team won first prize.
The contest is a practical activity, contributing to innovation in content and methods of operation; creating opportunities for children in the province to exchange, learn, share, exchange experiences, demonstrate artistic talent, and creativity in the work of preventing and combating the harmful effects of tobacco, especially e-cigarettes. Through the content of the contest, it creates a useful, safe, and healthy playground for children. At the same time, exchange and share experiences in organizing communication activities on preventing and combating the harmful effects of tobacco and e-cigarettes in schools and residential areas.
