In 2025, the Ma Lu Thang Border Guard was assigned to train 34 reserve soldiers. The Ma Lu Thang Border Guard did a good job of preparing in all aspects before implementing the training mission; organizing training sessions closely, with sufficient content, on time, and ensuring absolute safety for people, weapons and equipment, close to the characteristics of the actual working and combat situation of the Border Guard. Colonel Nguyen Van Hung - Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard inspected the political and ideological education of reserve soldiers.

To carry out the training of reserve soldiers in 2025, the Provincial Border Guard was assigned by the Border Guard High Command and the Provincial People's Committee to train 158 reserve soldiers in 2 districts: Phong Tho and Nam Nhun. Specifically: Phong Tho district has 128 comrades, including: Dao San Border Guard has 32 comrades, Si Lo Lau Border Guard has 30 comrades, Vang Ma Chai Border Guard has 32 comrades, Ma Lu Thang Border Guard has 34 comrades; Nam Nhun district has 30 comrades, including Hua Bum Border Guard has 30 comrades.

Regarding the progress of removing temporary and dilapidated houses, Huoi Luong Border Post has supported 265 working days to build 30 houses, of which 25 have been completed and 5 are under construction. Ma Lu Thang Border Post has been assigned to support 24 houses, of which 2 are being repaired and 22 are being newly built; to date, the Station's officers and soldiers have contributed 120 working days to complete 8 houses and are under construction, of which 16 are under construction.

At the inspection, the Border Guard Command of Ma Lu Thang Border Gate and Huoi Luong Border Guard shared the advantages and difficulties in training reserve soldiers and the progress of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses.

Colonel Nguyen Van Hung - Party Committee Secretary, Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard highly appreciated the spirit, responsibility, efforts and endeavors of the Ma Lu Thang Border Guard in training reserve soldiers; the coordination between the 2 Stations and local authorities to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses. At the same time, he emphasized that the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses is a particularly important task, of profound humanity and only about 20 days left to complete the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses. He requested that the 2 Stations focus on coordinating with local Party Committees and authorities to mobilize people in the village to support, especially to further increase the number of officers and soldiers to help households that are implementing the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses; regularly check and urge the implementation progress to mobilize all resources to speed up the progress.

Regarding the training of reserve soldiers, the Ma Lu Thang Border Guard Station is required to focus on training reserve soldiers and reserve mobilization units to grasp some contents of politics, military , border tactics and law, as a basis for practice and drills, meeting the requirements of combat readiness when situations arise.
