Party cell successfully completed exemplary tasks for 5 consecutive years - Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station

- Over the past years, the Party Cell of Tan Lap village, Mai Pha commune, Lang Son city has led and directed cadres and party members to perform well all assigned tasks. Thanks to that, the Party Cell was honored to receive a certificate of merit from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for excellently completing its tasks for 5 consecutive years (2020 - 2024).

Tan Lap village, Mai Pha commune, Lang Son city currently has 236 households with 915 people. The village party cell currently has 40 party members.

Ms. Pham Thi Vinh, Party Cell Secretary, Head of Tan Lap Village said: Every year, based on the assigned tasks, the Party Cell always promotes the role of the leader, the responsibility of setting an example of each Party member, always puts the collective interest above personal interest, thereby creating trust and support from the people. Each Party member in the Party Cell always sets an example in implementing the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, taking the lead in building and developing production and business models for the masses to follow.

The Party cell has focused on mobilizing people to develop their potential, diversify production types, service industries, create jobs, and increase family income. Up to now, the average income per capita of the village has reached 60 million VND/person/year and there is only 1 poor household, accounting for 0.42%.

Along with that, in the period of 2020-2024, the Party cell mobilized people to contribute to support people affected by natural disasters and floods with an amount of over 27 million VND; visited and encouraged policy families and supported and gave gifts to poor households, disadvantaged households, and orphans with an amount of over 30 million VND...

Implementing the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas (NTM), civilized urban areas", the movement "Lang Son and the whole country join hands to build NTM" ... the Party cell has proactively reviewed, synthesized, and developed a plan to implement the criteria for each month and each quarter. On that basis, the Party cell has a plan to mobilize resources and discuss and collect people's opinions on the time and method of implementation to organize the most effective implementation. As a result, from 2020 to present, the Party cell has propagated and mobilized people to contribute and socialize about 1 billion VND to renovate and repair cultural houses, decorate fences, upgrade drainage systems and implement NTM construction criteria in the area. Thanks to that, in 2024, the village has completed the model NTM criteria, thereby contributing to bringing Mai Pha commune to the model NTM standard in 2024.

At the same time, the Party cell actively directed the Village Front Committee and mass organizations to propagate and mobilize the establishment of 5 inter-family environmental sanitation groups with 236 members, creating a bright - green - clean - beautiful environment for village roads and alleys; implementing a civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals. Thanks to that, every year the number of households meeting the cultural family standards in the village is 97% or more; the village has been recognized as a cultural village for many years.

In addition, the Party building work is given special attention, leadership and direction by the Party cell. Every year, the Party cell selects and introduces outstanding members of the Youth Union and Association for consideration as candidates for Party membership. From 2020 to 2024, the Party cell has admitted 1 new Party member and introduced 2 outstanding people to attend a Party sympathy class, and 1 person is applying to join the Party.

In addition, the Party cell pays attention to and does a good job of evaluating and classifying grassroots party organizations and party members every year. From 2020 to present, 100% of party members are assessed to have completed their tasks well, of which 20% of party members have completed their tasks excellently; the village party cell has been classified as having completed its tasks excellently for many consecutive years.

Ms. Nong Thi Huong Giang, Secretary of the Mai Pha Commune Party Committee, said: Over the years, the Tan Lap Village Party Cell has always seriously, fully and effectively carried out its tasks in political and ideological education under the direction of the higher-level Party Committee; always upholding the exemplary pioneering role of Party members, implementing well the model of "The Party Cell holds the village, the Party member holds the household" and "Each Party member is a propagandist in the residential community". Thereby, creating a strong influence on the people, contributing to the excellent completion of assigned tasks. In the coming time, we will continue to propagate and replicate the good models and practices of the Tan Lap Village Party Cell to other Party cells in the area.

With the achieved results, in March 2025, the Party cell was honored to be one of two Party cells in Lang Son city to receive a certificate of merit from the Provincial Party Standing Committee for its outstanding achievements in "Excellent completion of tasks" for 5 consecutive years 2020 - 2024.
