The Party Cell of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

On the afternoon of July 27, the Party Cell of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending and directing the Congress was Comrade Nong Thi Bich Hue, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

Attending the Congress were leaders of the Department of Home Affairs; Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee, and all Party members of the Party Cell.

The Congress was held in a special context, being the first Congress after implementing the policy of merging the Party Committees of the People's Committees of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces. With the spirit of solidarity, democracy, innovation and development, the Congress has the task of evaluating the results of the 2020-2025 term, setting out directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term; at the same time, discussing and contributing ideas to the draft documents of the Party Congresses at all levels.

The political report presented to the Congress affirmed: During the past term, the Party Cell has promoted its role as a core political leader, proactively advising the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to lead the implementation of political tasks and Party building work well.

The Party cell has advised on the arrangement and streamlining of the organizational apparatus after the merger, established 22 subordinate Party organizations; dissolved and transferred many Party organizations that were no longer suitable; strongly innovated the content and methods of Party cell activities; improved the quality of political and ideological activities, studying and following Uncle Ho; strengthened the work of inspection, supervision, and protection of the Party's ideological foundation.

With the motto of action "Solidarity, Democracy, Discipline, Development", in the 2025-2030 term, the Executive Committee of the Party Cell of the Provincial People's Committee continues to strive to lead and direct the building of a strong Party organization, build a united unit, and excellently complete assigned tasks.

Comrade Nong Thi Bich Hue, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented flowers to congratulate the Congress.

In her speech directing the Congress, Comrade Nong Thi Bich Hue acknowledged and praised the results achieved by the Party Cell in the past term. Notably, she advised on the development of a system of directive documents and guidance for organizing Party congresses at all levels; effectively implemented the resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Central Committee; and actively advised on the arrangement of the administrative apparatus according to the 2-level local government model.

He also emphasized a number of key tasks in the coming term, including continuing to promote the spirit of solidarity and setting examples for cadres and party members; improving the capacity of staff work, innovating leadership methods and the quality of party cell activities; organizing and implementing well the tasks serving the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; perfecting the organizational apparatus towards streamlining, effectiveness and efficiency.
