- On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the morning of July 24, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee Party Cell led by Comrade Le Tri Thuc, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Cell Secretary, Permanent Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, offered incense at the Lang Son City Martyrs' Cemetery and visited and presented gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and meritorious people in Tam Thanh ward.
Visiting the Martyrs' Cemetery of Lang Son city, the delegates bowed to commemorate the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification.
The delegation laid wreaths and expressed their infinite gratitude and respect for the great contributions of Uncle Ho and the heroic martyrs to the revolutionary cause of the Party and for the independence and freedom of the nation.
During the program, the delegation visited and presented gifts to Ms. Le Thi Nhum (born in 1935), mother of a martyr, residing in Khon Pit block, and Mr. Nong Van Ngong (born in 1963), a war invalid with a 41% body injury rate, residing in block 3, Tam Thanh ward.
At the places visited, the Standing Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission kindly asked about the health and living conditions of the families and expressed his deep gratitude for the contributions that the war invalids and martyrs' families had made in fighting and sacrificing for national independence and freedom for the Fatherland. At the same time, he affirmed that the Party and State always pay attention to and take good care of the work of gratitude and repayment.
He also hopes that families will continue to promote revolutionary traditions, actively participate in local movements, and contribute to the development of their homeland.
