Regional Tax Department II temporarily suspends processing electronic real estate records

(NLDO) - Due to the temporary suspension of some tax functions to hand over data, the Ho Chi Minh City tax department has temporarily stopped processing electronic real estate transactions.

On March 13, the Tax Department of Region II (formerly the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department) said that due to the transfer of operational data under the new organizational model, the tax industry has temporarily suspended some tax functions.

At the same time, to ensure the smooth settlement of records determining financial obligations for real estate on the Electronic Land Interconnection System, the Tax Department of Region II has requested the Tax Teams in Ho Chi Minh City to coordinate with the branches of the land registration office, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of districts, and Thu Duc City to notify people to temporarily stop paying electronic taxes on the eTax Mobile application, and to temporarily stop processing and returning results of electronic records on land received from 5:00 p.m. on March 12 to 8:00 a.m. on March 17.

During the suspension of electronic file processing, the tax authority still receives files and returns results of processing financial obligations on land by manual methods (paper copies, not through electronic connection methods).
