According to Mr. Dinh Van Dung - Deputy Director of the Transaction Office of the Social Policy Bank of Krong No, the important factor to effectively disburse capital that the unit is applying is to stick close to the grassroots and be close to the people.

With the motto of "making documents at home, disbursing at the commune", the unit creates the most favorable conditions for people in the process of borrowing capital. The system of savings and loan groups (TK&VV) is regularly improved, gradually supporting people to complete procedures from the grassroots level.

During the implementation process, any problems will be promptly reported to the bank by the Savings and Credit Team and local authorities. Thanks to this, people can always access capital quickly. For households facing sudden difficulties, bank staff will visit their homes to encourage them to overcome their difficulties and find solutions as soon as possible.

Similarly, at the Duc Trong Social Policy Bank Transaction Office, to date, outstanding loans have reached over VND618 billion, an increase of 14.04% compared to the beginning of the year. According to the Duc Trong Social Policy Bank Transaction Office, from the beginning of the year, the unit has stepped up debt collection to rotate loan capital. The transaction office coordinates with associations and organizations to regularly propagate to people who are eligible for loans to understand and grasp their responsibilities when participating in the credit program. Through transaction sessions in the commune, the bank notifies borrowers who are close to the repayment deadline so that they can proactively prepare the money. The unit also coordinates with savings and credit groups to urge and encourage borrowers to repay their debts and interest in full and on time.

Strive to exceed targets

According to the Provincial Branch of the Social Policy Bank, the top priority solution of the unit is to review and evaluate families eligible for loans, focus on completing documents, and quickly and promptly disburse capital sources according to plan.

The transaction offices of the Social Policy Bank have maintained regular operations at the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones. Through entrusted organizations, the unit has established 6,440 savings and credit groups at the grassroots level. Thanks to this system, preferential credit policies are propagated and implemented democratically and publicly, creating favorable conditions for people to access preferential capital sources.

The provincial Social Policy Bank system also coordinates with local authorities to advise on production development and guide households in applying science and technology to production and business. Thanks to that, the policy credit programs implemented by the bank are all highly effective, contributing positively to local development.

There is not much time left in 2025. With the goal of completing all set targets, the unit focuses on many key tasks, especially disbursing some loan programs: social housing, STEM loan program...

Along with loan disbursement, the provincial People's Credit Fund urged transaction offices to continue reducing assigned overdue debts and speed up debt collection. Regarding capital mobilization, the unit thoroughly instructed each individual in the branch to actively encourage organizations and individuals with idle money to deposit into the People's Credit Fund, in order to complete and exceed the set target in 2025.

By the end of October 2025, the outstanding debt at the Provincial Branch of the Social Policy Bank was more than 17,700 billion VND, an increase of more than 1,530 billion VND (equivalent to 9.5%) compared to the beginning of the year. Compared to the 2025 target, the unit completed 98.31% of the plan.
