On November 9, the leader of Nha Trang Ward People's Committee said that he had notified Blue Sea International Joint Stock Company (Louisiane) about the revocation of 4,814.4 square meters of land currently in use on the east side of Tran Phu Street (Nha Trang Ward) according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law.
According to the announcement, the above land area belongs to plot number 1, map sheet number 80 (old number is 28, Loc Tho ward) in the land area east of Tran Phu street (Nha Trang ward).
The reason for revocation is that the above land area was allocated and leased by the State for a limited period but the land use term was not extended as prescribed in the 2024 Land Law.
In addition to the above notice, Nha Trang Ward People's Committee also requested Bien Xanh International Joint Stock Company to handle assets attached to the land to return the site to the State, and at the same time fully perform financial obligations as prescribed to hand over the site to the State.
