Phuoc Long - Bu Gia Map - Phu Rieng Regional Tax Department dialogues with taxpayers

BPO - Implementing innovation in meeting and dialogue activities between tax authorities and taxpayers, instead of having the participation of Binh Phuoc Tax Department, today, May 25, Phuoc Long - Bu Gia Map - Phu Rieng Regional Tax Department proactively organized a meeting and dialogue with taxpayers under its management.

The conference attracted more than 100 taxpayers who are business owners, business owners and accountants operating in Phuoc Long town and the two districts of Bu Gia Map and Phu Rieng.

The Board of Directors of the Phuoc Long - Bu Gia Map - Phu Rieng Tax Department has deployed to taxpayers the basic and key contents of Decree No. 12/2023/ND-CP of the Government on extending the deadline for payment of value added tax (VAT), corporate income tax, personal income tax and land rent in 2023; instructions on how to convert personal identification codes to replace tax codes; VNPT deploys electronic invoices generated from cash registers. These are new and preferential tax policies that taxpayers are very interested in.

Mr. Vo Anh Tuan, Head of the Tax Department of Phuoc Long - Bu Gia Map - Phu Rieng area attended the conference and directly answered and resolved opinions and questions from taxpayers.

The conference also spent a lot of time listening to the thoughts, aspirations and opinions of taxpayers regarding: the policy of reducing 2% VAT rate in 2022 according to Decree No. 15/2022 for goods subject to 10% VAT rate; the issue of distributing after-tax profit dividends for LLCs with 2 or more members; the cashew oil processing industry facing difficulties in purchasing cashew nut shells from business households and individuals; tax declaration of business households leasing assets and adjusting electronic invoices.

Mr. Vo Anh Tuan, Head of the Tax Department of Phuoc Long - Bu Gia Map - Phu Rieng area, answered and explained in detail and convincingly the contents raised at the conference and received high agreement and consensus from local taxpayers.
