Vietnam - Cambodia Friendship Association of Lac Duong district summarizes the term 2018 - 2023

(LĐ online) - On December 28, the Vietnam - Cambodia Friendship Association of Lac Duong district summarized its activities for the 2018-2023 term and proposed directions for the 2023-2028 term.

Leaders of the Vietnam - Cambodia Friendship Association of Lam Dong province presented flowers to congratulate the Vietnam - Cambodia Friendship Association of Lac Duong district.

Established on October 1, 2018 with 18 members who are all cadres and soldiers who have worked in Cambodia in different periods, the Vietnam - Cambodia Friendship Association of Lac Duong district is an active member of the Vietnam - Cambodia Friendship Association of Lam Dong province. Since its establishment, the association has met the wishes of cadres and soldiers who have worked in the neighboring country to exchange, visit and help each other in daily life. The members have strengthened solidarity and helped each other in life; encouraged comrades and teammates to develop family economy , contribute to community activities, build new rural areas; widely propagated to the masses about the solidarity between Vietnam and Cambodia; mobilized young people to enthusiastically join the army to fulfill their duty to the Fatherland.

By December 2023, the Vietnam - Cambodia Friendship Association in Lac Duong district had 26 members and was actively encouraging and mobilizing cadres and soldiers who had fought and worked in Cambodia to join the association.

In the 2023-2028 term, the Vietnam - Cambodia Friendship Association in Lac Duong district determined to continue to strengthen the organization and mobilize members to participate enthusiastically and substantially in activities. The key tasks are to unite to build family economy; participate in contributing to building residential areas and new rural areas; accompany the implementation of the Party and State's people's foreign affairs tasks, and have many activities contributing to consolidating, building and fostering the relationship of solidarity and traditional friendship with Cambodia.
