Right from the beginning of 2025, sectors and localities in the province have proactively grasped the situation, promoted production and business; sought markets, built brands of goods for domestic consumption and export. At the same time, they proactively sought sources of raw materials and fuel; adjusted production plans, especially for import and export goods... Thereby, the industrial production index (IIP) remained stable and increased significantly compared to the same period in 2024.
In January 2025, the industrial production index (IIP) increased by 8.3% over the same period in 2024. The industrial production value (2010 comparative price) is estimated at VND 1,350 billion, equal to 6.8% of the plan, equal to 109.5% over the same period in 2024.
Some products have increased index compared to the same period in 2024 such as: Metal ore mining increased by 45.3%; other mining increased by 13.7%; wood processing and production of products from wood, bamboo and rattan increased by 16.8%; production of beds, wardrobes, tables and chairs increased by 17.5%; production and distribution of electricity, gas, hot water, steam and air conditioning increased by 12.1%...
