The 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign takes place from April to the end of August.

The campaign includes 1 program "Supporting exam season" and 4 campaigns by target group: Green Summer, Red Flamboyant, Pink Vacation, Green March.

The Provincial Youth Union requires units to deploy the Campaign widely, effectively, safely and sustainably in conjunction with the political tasks and practical needs of each locality and unit, creating a positive social mark.

Career counseling activities are part of the 2025 Exam Support Program organized by the Provincial Youth Union Council.

Volunteer activities must be carefully prepared in terms of both content and organization. At the same time, promote the depth of expertise according to the professional fields and strengths of the youth; focus on organizing volunteer activities on the spot, connecting self-established volunteer organizations, attracting a large number of union members, youth and social forces to participate.

In particular, the Youth Union chapters and volunteer forces in the province continue to promote synchronous digital transformation in all aspects of the Union's work; promote the role of young people in actively participating in the digital transformation process. In addition, focus on implementing the policy of "3 links" (linking forces, linking localities, linking communities), "1 + 1", "1 + 2" in implementing volunteer activities in the Campaign.
