Staff of the Public Administration Service Center and youth union members support people in receiving administrative procedure results.

Mr. Nguyen Van Dat - Deputy Director of Phu Bai Ward Public Administration Service Center (Center) said that from July 1 to July 26, the Center received 418 applications from people requesting to receive social pension benefits according to Decree 176/2025/ND-CP of the Government , for people aged 75 and over who do not receive monthly pensions or social insurance benefits and people aged 70 to under 75 who are poor households or near-poor households who do not receive monthly pensions or social insurance benefits and must have a written request to receive benefits.

Of the 379 applications approved by the People's Committee of Phu Bai Ward, Thuy Phu Commune (old) has more than 200 applications. Along with Duong Hoa and Phu Son (old), Thuy Phu is quite far from the Ward Public Administration Service Center, so the travel conditions of the people, especially the elderly, are very difficult.

In order to facilitate the people, the Center coordinated with the Ward Youth Union to return nearly 100 administrative procedure results to subjects requesting to receive social pension benefits according to Decree 176/2025/ND-CP of the Government on the afternoon of July 28.

“The purpose of this activity is to serve people in the best and most dedicated way. People will have less trouble traveling and still complete necessary procedures quickly and conveniently. This is also the Center's effort to concretize the administrative reform policy, towards a public administration that serves the people,” Mr. Nguyen Van Dat shared.
