Speaking at the program, Ms. Phung Thi Phuong Thao, member of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, said: The value of a youth role model is a collection of qualities, abilities, and positive attitudes that society expects and that young people strive to achieve. When young people have a clear role model, they will know how to choose the right path, be steadfast in the face of temptations, and develop their intelligence, creativity, and responsibility to the community and the Fatherland.

In the era of strong digital transformation and deep globalization, orienting the values of youth models in the new period is an extremely important task of the Youth Union. Based on the orientation of the Central Youth Union, in 2025, the Provincial Youth Union has chosen to deploy 4 values of youth models in the new period, including: Steadfast courage; Patriotism; Pioneering action; Continuous creativity. This is considered the action goal and motto of Dong Nai youth in the new period, helping young people to have courage in thinking, aspiration in action, responsibility to the community and the capacity to integrate globally.

In order for the exemplary values of youth to spread to cadres and young union members, becoming a driving force for each young person, the Youth Union at all levels has constantly innovated propaganda methods; organized learning and training activities, and created an environment for young union members to practice according to the exemplary values of youth in the new era.

Accordingly, the Youth Union members went through 4 challenging stations which are games corresponding to 4 values of youth role models. Thereby, helping the Youth Union members remember and understand the 4 values of youth role models in the new era to implement, contributing to building a generation of Dong Nai youth who are "both red and professional".
