The Long Thanh Airport Job Fair not only provides recruitment opportunities but also creates a "boost" to promote employment, entrepreneurship, and innovation among young people. Alongside this, the " Dong Nai Youth Adapting to Technology, Breaking Through in the Digital Age" program organized by the Provincial Youth Union is opening up new avenues, helping young people proactively adapt to the labor market of the 4.0 era.
Master technology, master the future.
The activities are designed to be lively and practical, such as digital skills training, leveraging online platforms, using artificial intelligence (AI) in content creation, programming competitions, and in-depth career guidance on digital transformation in businesses.
Mr. Nguyen Hung Thang, a computer science expert, gave a presentation on "Job Opportunities for Young People and Students in the Digital Age." Mr. Thang provided the youth union members with a comprehensive overview of the digital labor market in Vietnam, where technology is becoming the foundation for all sectors.

According to him, in recent years, the fields related to AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, automation, e-commerce, and user experience design have seen a huge demand for human resources, not only domestically but also globally.
“AI is predicted to be the fastest-growing field in the next decade. Vietnam is currently among the countries with the highest AI adoption rate in Southeast Asia, which means that career opportunities in this field will continue to expand,” Thang shared.
However, according to computer science experts, abundant opportunities do not mean that everyone can easily enter the digital job market. To participate and thrive in this field, students need to build a solid foundation of knowledge in technology, mathematics, and logical thinking.
In the digital age, "qualifications are no longer the only goal; what matters is long-term skills." Technology changes daily, and skills today may become outdated in just a few years, so young people need to constantly learn and update their knowledge.
Young people are at the "center" of the digital age.
Beyond just employment, digital transformation is deeply ingrained in every aspect of youth union and team activities, bringing new approaches to connecting, disseminating information, and inspiring others.
Mr. Nguyen Hung Viet, an Artificial Intelligence expert, presented a topic titled "Applications of AI in Youth Union work and youth movements," offering a vivid perspective on how AI is changing the way Youth Union officials organize activities, communicate, and reach young people.

According to Viet, AI is no longer a foreign concept but has become a powerful tool, from designing communication materials and creating promotional videos to analyzing youth activity data and automating interaction processes with members through digital platforms.
"Instead of spending hours drafting and designing, a Youth Union official can now use AI tools to create posts, videos, and images in just a few minutes. More importantly, AI helps us better understand the needs and behaviors of young people, so we can have a more appropriate and effective approach," Viet shared.
Beyond technical support, AI is also helping to innovate the mindset in youth union work, from planning and implementing movements to evaluating activity effectiveness. Models such as "Digital Youth Union," "Young Innovators Club," and "AI Experience Space" are being tested by many grassroots youth unions in Dong Nai province and are showing positive initial results.
"Today's youth are born into the digital world. If the Youth Union doesn't adapt quickly, we will fall behind the very group we are working with," Viet emphasized.

From digital skills training courses to technology-related workshops, it's easy to see a generation of young people in Dong Nai are proactively stepping out of their comfort zones, unafraid to experiment and embrace technology.
According to Mr. Pham Van Trinh, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province, in order for science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation to become key driving forces, it is necessary to focus on developing high-quality human resources, especially prioritizing the training of personnel in semiconductors, artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and cybersecurity.
Dong Nai is attracting investment to develop digital and high-tech zones, especially the Digital Technology Zone in Long Thanh, linked to the development of semiconductor, AI, and renewable energy projects both inside and outside Long Thanh airport.
