Not only does the Long Thanh Airport Job Fair provide recruitment opportunities, it also creates a "push" to promote employment, start-ups and innovation among young people. Along with that, the program " Dong Nai Youth Adapts to Technology, Breakthroughs in the Digital Age" organized by the Provincial Youth Union is opening up a new direction, helping young people proactively adapt to the 4.0 labor market.
Master technology, master the future
Activities are designed to be lively and practical, such as digital skills training, exploiting online platforms, using artificial intelligence (AI) in content creation, programming competitions or in-depth career guidance on digital transformation in businesses.
Mr. Nguyen Hung Thang, a Computer Science expert, gave a talk on “Job opportunities for youth and students in the digital age”. Mr. Thang provided union members and youth with a comprehensive picture of the digital labor market in Vietnam, where technology is becoming the foundation for all fields.

According to him, in recent years, industries related to AI, data analysis, cybersecurity, automation, e-commerce and user experience design have had a huge demand for human resources, not only domestically but globally.
“AI is the field that is predicted to grow the fastest in the next decade. Vietnam is currently among the countries with the highest AI application rate in Southeast Asia, which means that career opportunities in this field will continue to expand,” Mr. Thang shared.
However, according to computer science experts, many opportunities do not mean that everyone can easily enter the digital labor market. To participate and develop in this field, students need to build a solid foundation of knowledge in technology, mathematics, and logical thinking.
In the digital age, “degrees are no longer the only destination, but long-term skills are important”. Technology changes every day, today’s skills can become obsolete in just a few years, so young people need to constantly learn and update new knowledge.
Youth is the "center" of the digital age
Not just stopping at the story of jobs, digital transformation is penetrating deeply into every activity of the Youth Union, bringing a new approach to connecting, spreading and inspiring.
Mr. Nguyen Hung Viet, an Artificial Intelligence expert, brought the topic "Application of AI in Youth Union work and youth movements", opening up a vivid perspective on how AI is changing the way Youth Union officials organize activities, communicate and approach young people every day.

According to Mr. Viet, AI is no longer a strange concept but has become a powerful support tool, from designing media publications, creating propaganda videos , analyzing youth activity data to automating the interaction process with union members through digital platforms.
“Instead of spending hours drafting and designing, a Youth Union officer can now use AI tools to create posts, videos, and images in just a few minutes. More importantly, AI helps us better understand the needs and behaviors of young people, so we can have a more appropriate and effective approach,” Mr. Viet shared.
Not only providing technical support, AI also helps to innovate the way of thinking about Youth Union work, from planning, implementing movements to evaluating the effectiveness of activities. Models such as "Digital Youth Union", "Youth Creative Club" or "AI Experience Space" are being tested by many grassroots Youth Unions in Dong Nai and have initially shown positive results.
“Today’s youth were born in the digital world. If the Youth Union does not adapt quickly, we will fall behind the people we are accompanying,” Mr. Viet emphasized.

From digital skills training classes to technology sharing sessions, it is easy to see that a generation of Dong Nai youth is proactively stepping out of their comfort zone, not afraid to experiment, not afraid to collide with technology.
Mr. Pham Van Trinh - Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province said that in order for science and technology, innovation and digital transformation to become key driving forces, it is necessary to focus on developing high-quality human resources, especially prioritizing training of human resources in semiconductors, artificial intelligence (AI), big data and cyber security.
Dong Nai is attracting investment to form digital and high-tech zones, especially the Digital Zone in Long Thanh, associated with the development of semiconductor, AI and renewable energy projects inside and outside Long Thanh airport.
