The Department of Agriculture and Environment has worked with investors and mine owners to agree on the volume, type, progress and plan for supplying materials for project construction. At the same time, the Department has supported mine owners to remove legal obstacles and machinery conditions to ensure the increase of capacity and supply of materials for projects. This is one of the prerequisites to ensure project progress.
In addition, the Department of Agriculture and Environment proposed the Provincial People's Committee to direct the handling of the volume arising outside the allocated volume that needs to be supplemented for the project. It is recommended that investors and contractors proactively contact the mine owner to agree on the plan and schedule for supplying materials for construction in the coming time.
