The name Ngu Chi Son comes from the shape of the mountain, which resembles five fingers spread out, pointing straight up to the sky. With a height of 2,858m, the mountain is majestic and imposing, challenging even experienced climbers. This name reminds us of Ngu Chi Son in the work Journey to the West by Ngo Thua An. According to Mr. Chieu, the real-life scenery of Ngu Chi Son is so beautiful that it is unreal: “The scene of 5 mountain peaks like 5 fingers rising up in the sea of ​​clouds creates a majestic scene just like in fantasy movies. “This trip costs around 3-4 million VND depending on each person’s needs. To prepare well for the trip, I practiced walking 7-8km/session, 3 sessions/week. People with a fear of heights will also have difficulty climbing Ngu Chi Son.” Photo: NVCC
