Northeast wind inland is strong at level 2-3, coastal areas at level 3-4. In the North and North Central regions, it is cold at night and in the morning, and cold in the mountains. The lowest temperature is commonly 19-22°C, in the mountains it is below 16°C in some places.

Hanoi area is cold at night and morning, lowest temperature 19 - 22°C.

At sea, in the Gulf of Tonkin, there are strong northeast winds of level 6, gusting to level 7-8, rough seas, waves 1.5-3m high.

The sea area north of the North East Sea (including the sea area north of Hoang Sa special zone) has strong northeast wind level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8 - 9, rough sea, waves 3 - 5m high.

The sea area from southern Quang Tri to Quang Ngai has strong northeast winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7-8, waves 2-4m high; combined with high tides, rough seas.

Night of October 26 and day of October 27: The North and North Central regions have the lowest temperature of 19 - 22°C, in mountainous areas below 16°C; average temperature of 23 - 25°C, in mountainous areas below 22°C.

Night of October 27 and day of October 28: The North and North Central regions have the lowest temperature of 19 - 22°C, in mountainous areas below 17°C; average temperature of 23 - 25°C, in mountainous areas below 22°C.

Warning of cold air strengthening combined with disturbances in the upper easterly wind zone, the area from Ha Tinh to Da Nang City and the eastern part of the provinces from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain.

Thunderstorms accompanied by tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds can cause agricultural damage, downed trees, and damage to homes, roads, and infrastructure. Heavy rains can cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods in small rivers and streams; and landslides on steep slopes.
