Investor Amira Chon Thanh successfully mobilized a bond lot of nearly 390 billion VND

Song Phuong Industry - Real Estate and Construction Company Limited, investor of Amira Chon Thanh project, has just successfully issued bond lot CSP12501.

On May 28, Song Phuong Industry - Real Estate and Construction Company Limited (Song Phuong Company) announced the results of issuing bonds with code CSP12501 on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).

Specifically, the company issued 3,885 bonds, with a face value of VND100 million/bond, thereby mobilizing a total of VND388.5 billion. The bonds have a term of 60 months, were issued on May 20, 2025, with a combined interest rate of 12%/year.

The CSP12501 bond lot is a non-convertible bond, without warrants and secured by assets. The form of security is a payment guarantee. The depository organization for this bond lot is HD Securities Joint Stock Company. The offering subjects are individuals and professional organizations.

Previously, on December 31, 2025, Song Phuong Company successfully issued a bond lot coded CSPCH2429001, with 3,600 bonds, face value of VND 100 million/bond, thereby mobilizing a total of VND 360 billion. The bonds have a term of 60 months, with a combined interest rate of 12%/year.

According to research, Song Phuong Industrial - Real Estate and Construction Company Limited is a company established in September 2008, operating mainly in the real estate sector. After many changes, the company's current charter capital is 700 billion VND, with Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuoc as the legal representative with the position of Director.

Song Phuong Company is known as the investor of the Phuoc Thang Residential Area project (commercial name Amira Chon Thanh), located on Duong Gia Trang Street, Hamlet 7 (Minh Thang Commune) and Hamlet 6 (Nha Bich Commune), Chon Thanh Town, Binh Phuoc Province. The project has a scale of 55.4 hectares and has been started since October 2022.

Regarding the business situation, in 2024, Song Phuong Company reported a loss after tax of 32.1 billion VND. Previously, in 2023, this enterprise also reported a loss of 1.8 billion VND. As of December 31, 2024, Song Phuong Company had an accumulated loss of nearly 38 billion VND.
