The Da Nang Newspaper published on November 10, 2025 published an article "The Legend City Danang project has not been licensed for trading", reflecting on Document No. 7983/SXD-QLN of the Department of Construction of Da Nang City sent to Vipico LLC regarding the project not meeting the legal conditions for trading like trading floors and advertising websites.

Recently, Vipico LLC has sent Document No. 122/2025/BC-VIPICO to the Department of Construction of Da Nang City to report information related to the project of Trade Center, Hotel and Apartment Complex of Da Nang Legend City. Vipico LLC affirmed that the unit is the investor of the project of Trade Center, Hotel and Apartment Complex of Da Nang Legend City (The Legend City Danang).

Also according to Vipico, recently on the website thelegendcitydanang.com.vn posted information, including the project name is The Legend City Danang, the investor is ROX Signature and other related content on this website. Vipico Company said that this is not Vipico's website and the above information on the website is not accurate. Therefore, the project investor - Vipico Company requested the relevant agencies to check and handle the above website.

According to Mr. Tran Thanh Tung, Director of Vipico Company, after the underground construction of the project is completed, the relevant procedures will be carried out to qualify for the sale of future real estate according to regulations. It is expected that in December 2025, the company will complete the underground construction of the project and carry out the registration procedures to qualify for the sale of future housing in January 2026. The company added that up to this point, it has not signed a sales contract for future real estate and is committed to only signing a sales contract when the project fully meets the conditions prescribed by law.

Meanwhile, the response document to the authorities of ROX Signature Joint Stock Company, signed by Mr. Le Tien Ngoc, Chairman of the Board of Directors, shows that The Legend City Danang project is invested by Vipico LLC. The company did not sign any deposit contract or sales contract for the project. The fact that some electronic information sites, including the website thelegendcitydanang.com.vn and some other sites show that ROX Signature Company is the project investor is incorrect.
