Accurately capturing labor fluctuations, recruitment needs and career trends is the foundation for developing high-quality human resources. The Center continuously reviews labor data, synthesizes recruitment needs and vocational training orientation, and creates a scientific and transparent data system. These data serve both state management and support businesses in recruiting the right people at the right time, while helping workers choose the right career.
To enhance access to information, the Center has deployed a variety of communication channels: Website, Fanpage, Zalo, regular Livestream, job newsletters and consulting conferences in localities. Thanks to that, young people, pupils and students can easily access information about the labor market, career trends and unemployment insurance policies, thereby making the right career decisions.
In the first 10 months of 2025, the Center organized 72 regular job fairs, 12 mobile job fairs, 11 job counseling conferences and 15 labor market information conferences. In particular, the Center directly consulted 9,399 people and surveyed the labor needs of 1,701 businesses.
The successful job connection results reached 1,684 people, reaching 120% of the plan, the number of workers introduced to jobs was 4,933 people, reaching 141% of the plan; Information collection and job consultation both exceeded targets, demonstrating clear effectiveness in connecting labor supply and demand.
Bringing the “job exchange floor” to the locality helps workers, especially in remote areas, easily access recruitment information and receive career counseling right at their place of residence. The trading sessions are flexibly organized in many communes and wards, attracting dozens of participating businesses, bringing thousands of job opportunities in a variety of industries.
In parallel with job consulting and connection, the Center seriously implements unemployment insurance work. From receiving documents directly and through the National Public Service Portal to consulting, answering questions and supporting the completion of procedures, the entire process is modernized and transparent.
In 10 months, the Center received 7,693 applications, managed 37,412 people, and made 6,853 decisions on unemployment insurance, helping workers quickly return to the labor market or participate in appropriate vocational training courses.

With a national synchronized data system, Thai Nguyen Employment Service Center continues to affirm its role as a reliable bridge between workers and businesses, promoting the connection between labor supply and demand while ensuring effective implementation of unemployment insurance policies, contributing to improving the quality of human resources and sustainable development of the province.
