Also attending were members of the Party Central Committee: Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh - Head of the National Assembly's Steering Committee for Digital Transformation; Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai; Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong; Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Vu Hong Thanh; Secretary General of the National Assembly, Head of the National Assembly Office Le Quang Tung and members of the National Assembly Standing Committee.

At the conference, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and delegates listened to representatives of Viettel Group introduce the National Assembly App 2.0 and its new features; discussed improvements and upgrades of the application to most effectively serve the activities of National Assembly deputies and National Assembly agencies.

Speaking at the conference, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man stated that in the context of promoting national digital transformation, the National Assembly also pays special attention to deploying the application of digital technology, artificial intelligence and digital transformation in activities, with the goal that each delegate, each official, civil servant and public employee has a virtual assistant, reducing working time by about 30% and improving efficiency and productivity.

The National Assembly Chairman acknowledged the efforts of Viettel Group in a very short time, working day and night to improve and add many new features to the National Assembly App 2.0; requested that the Group continue to closely coordinate with the National Assembly Office to absorb opinions at the conference to complete the National Assembly App 2.0, speed up the installation, and thoroughly train delegates so that it can be put into trial operation right at the upcoming Ninth Session.

Emphasizing the requirement that the National Assembly App 2.0 must be fast, fully updated with data, have a friendly interface, and create favorable conditions for National Assembly deputies and officials and civil servants of National Assembly agencies during use, the National Assembly Chairman also requested the Ethnic Council, National Assembly Committees, and the National Assembly Office to closely coordinate, provide data for the application, and resolutely deploy the application in the agencies' operations.

Previously, introducing the National Assembly App 2.0, a representative of Viettel Group said that it had added a number of new features and improved system performance to ensure more effective service for the activities of National Assembly deputies and National Assembly agencies. Specifically, the National Assembly App 2.0 has added the feature of searching and accessing documents, expanding the search scope, not limited to each session; updating and arranging documents in order of priority, optimizing the feature of sharing documents online among deputies, increasing the speed of accessing the application when using documents...

The National Assembly App 2.0 also adds a feature that allows direct search within a document content to help quickly query information without having to read each page of the document; summarizes document pages with personal notes; divides documents into types (resolutions, decrees, circulars...) for easier search.

In particular, to solve the problem of updating voters' opinions and recommendations at each session, the National Assembly App 2.0 has integrated and linked data with the voters' petition management system and the complaint and denunciation settlement system of the People's Petition and Supervision Committee; at the same time, many measures have been taken to optimize the system to increase the speed of loading voters' opinions and recommendations, supporting delegates to look up quickly; integrating the written questioning function, allowing delegates to query the content of the questioning; adding the fingerprint and voice login feature... Viettel will also coordinate with the National Assembly Office to study and develop a plan to use Al to review overlaps in responding to voters' opinions and recommendations.

Based on opinions at the conference, a representative of Viettel Group said that they will continue to upgrade and perfect the National Assembly App 2.0, contributing to best supporting the activities of National Assembly deputies and National Assembly agencies.
