Chairman of Bac Ninh province Vuong Quoc Tuan becomes Deputy Secretary of Thai Nguyen province

(Dan Tri) - Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was mobilized, assigned and appointed by the Politburo to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

On the morning of November 15, Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo 's Decision on personnel work.

At the Conference, the representative of the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo's Decision on Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, ceasing to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and ceasing to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; transferring, assigning, and appointing him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, assessed Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan as a cadre who grew up from the grassroots, has held many positions, has strong political will, and is rich in experience in Party building and state management.

Mr. Duong believes that with his training, qualities, capacity and practical experience, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan will quickly grasp the job and promote his leadership role in the new locality.

Newly appointed Deputy Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan emphasized that this is a great honor but also a very heavy responsibility in the face of high requirements for building a strong Party and political system; developing the socio-economy; and ensuring national defense and security of the province.

In his new position, Mr. Tuan promised to make every effort, promote the spirit of solidarity, democracy, creativity, devote all his strength, intelligence, enthusiasm and aspiration to contribute, together with the Executive Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee to build a clean and strong Party and political system; seize opportunities, overcome difficulties and challenges, join hands and unite to successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Congress and contribute with the whole country to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.

Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was born in 1977 in Kinh Bac ward, Bac Ninh city (old), now Kinh Bac ward, Bac Ninh province. He has a PhD in Business Administration.

During his working career, he held the positions of Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union, Secretary of the Bac Ninh City Party Committee; Vice Chairman, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee. From July 2024 to November, Mr. Tuan held the positions of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee.
