Therefore, relevant units need to focus on supporting and removing difficulties and obstacles; in which, it is necessary to determine specific unit prices for organic tea trees, housing, land prices in forestry farms, etc. to completely resolve difficulties, avoiding the situation of "sticky rice and beans" in compensation and site clearance. Urgently adjust stakes and markers according to the adjustment and implement site clearance to the construction unit. Regarding resettlement, it is necessary to calculate appropriate and effective implementation plans, ensuring the site and procedures according to regulations. Bac Quang district, communes, towns, and functional forces need to do a good job of ensuring security, order, and social safety along the route. Investors need to urge contractors to mobilize human resources and machinery to speed up construction progress; develop specific construction plans and methods; and ensure absolute labor safety during construction.
