On the evening of December 3, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, member of the 15th National Assembly, member of the 18th Provincial People's Council had a meeting with voters, in conjunction with attending the expanded Party cell meeting at Kim La hamlet Party cell, Nghi Long commune (Nghi Loc district).

Also attending the conference were comrade Duong Dinh Chinh - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of Nghi Loc District Party Committee, delegate of the 18th Provincial People's Council; leaders of Nghi Loc district and Nghi Long commune.

Promoting the leadership role of the Party cell

The Kim La hamlet Party cell, Nghi Long commune (Nghi Loc district) has a total of 60 party members, of which 41 are active party members and 19 are exempt from party activities.

In 2023, on the basis of closely following the resolutions of the Party at higher levels and the practical requirements of the hamlet, the Party cell focused on leading and directing organizations and people of all walks of life, in which promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of hamlet activists and Party members to continue to develop the hamlet movement.

The movement to build advanced new rural areas continues to be promoted by mobilizing people to upgrade cultural and sports facilities; build new rural standard gardens, farmer model gardens; increase the value of agricultural production and garden economy . Average income per capita reaches 56 million VND/year; the number of poor households is only 3/318 households.

Voters reflect many shortcomings in policy implementation

At the conference, many issues under the jurisdiction of the National Assembly , the Government and Nghe An province were reflected and proposed by officials, party members and people of Kim La hamlet.

Voter Hoang Van Thai reflected on the situation of farmers abandoning their fields, the cause of which is low production efficiency; requested that all levels research and propose effective solutions to both improve farmers' lives and increase land use efficiency.

Voter Hoang Van Thai also raised concerns about the sophisticated situation of fraud in cyberspace, which has become a problem; although the National Assembly has issued the Law on Cyber Security, the fight against cybercrime has not been effective; he suggested that the National Assembly, the Government and relevant ministries and branches take stronger and more effective measures in this matter.

Voter Dang Van Tho pointed out the reality in the locality, many households previously bought land, but only had papers stating the content of building their hometown, now if they want to be granted a certificate of land use rights, they have to pay land fees according to the current unit price, which does not ensure fairness in the rights of the people, and requested that the authorities remove this problem. Along with that, in the past, in Nghi Long commune, many areas were recovered to implement investment projects in Nam Cam Industrial Park; in which there were some areas that were not recovered, but because they were fragmented and small, they did not meet the conditions for production; requested that the authorities give a policy for recovery.

Voter Dang Thi Quynh Hoa reported that the phone of one person uses the identification code of another person; at the same time, the implementation of online public services through 5 steps is causing many difficulties for people; requested the authorities to study and resolve the issue.

Many voters also reflected on the inadequacies when the province's cement support policy is only for investment in road construction without implementing other contents; the disease of achievements in education; the gender imbalance...

Some voters recommended that the Central and provincial governments pay attention to improving the regime for village and hamlet cadres; implementing health insurance for village cadres; supporting housing for policy families...

After the voters' reflections and recommendations, comrade Duong Dinh Chinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Nghi Loc District Party Committee, delegate of the 18th Provincial People's Council received and directly explained many issues related to the granting of land use right certificates to people; the situation of people abandoning their fields; policies to support cement for new rural construction; environmental pollution from Nam Cam Industrial Park...

Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, delegate of the 15th National Assembly, announced the results of the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly with many innovations; announced the expected content and program of the 17th Session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, scheduled to open on the afternoon of December 5, 2023.

Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Vo Thi Minh Sinh highly appreciated the leadership role of the Party cell; at the same time, she received, recorded and explained opinions and recommendations from cadres, party members and people in the hamlet related to resolving difficulties in granting land use right certificates to people; allowance regime for non-professional activists in hamlets, youth unions and associations; mechanism for monitoring the settlement and response to voters' recommendations from functional agencies.

Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh also hopes that the Party cell will pay attention to improving the quality of Party cell activities, including paying attention to the activities of incumbent Party members in the area.
