Also attending the festival were Mr. Le Van Huong - Secretary of Nam Giang District Party Committee; representatives of the People's Committee, departments and offices of the district, Ca Dy commune and representatives of the Lao Front for National Construction Committee of Sekong province, Dac Chung district (Sekong province).
Pa Ong village is located about 2km from the administrative center of Ca Dy commune. The village has 10 solidarity groups, 295 households, 1,231 people, of which 289 are ethnic minority households (98% are Co Tu ethnic group). The village has 38 party members, 17 policy households, and people with revolutionary contributions.
Promoting the spirit of great solidarity, in recent times, the people of Pa Ong village have made many efforts in building cultural life, developing family economy , and escaping poverty.
People are active in raising livestock and poultry with a total herd of nearly 650 livestock and more than 4,700 poultry; actively participating in forest economic development, including managing more than 1,589 hectares of forest.
Thanks to economic development, people's lives have been constantly improved, the poverty rate has decreased (55 fewer poor households compared to 2023), and now the poverty rate is 50.6%.
In 2024, through evaluation, the residential area has 228 households achieving cultural family status (accounting for 77.2%). The village has 100% of children going to school at the right age...
Attending and sharing the great solidarity festival with the residential area of Pa Ong village, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Le Tri Thanh praised the results and solidarity spirit of the people in the village. At the same time, he requested the leaders of Nam Giang district and Ca Dy commune to continue to pay attention and support so that the people's lives can continue to develop.

On the occasion of attending the festival, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Le Tri Thanh donated 120 million VND to build 2 solidarity houses for 2 poor households; donated 20 gifts worth 1 million VND each to poor households and policy families; donated 15 gifts worth 3 million VND each to 15 prestigious people with difficult circumstances and illnesses in Nam Giang district.
