According to the Plan for organizing the Industry and Trade Fair - OCOP Products of Binh Thuan province in 2023 issued by the Provincial People's Committee earlier, this is also an activity responding to the series of events of the National Tourism Year 2023 "Binh Thuan - Green Convergence". This is an opportunity for businesses and units of provinces and cities to participate in introducing typical goods and products, expanding the market, building and promoting brands, and coordinating in production and business activities. Actively promote the development of the domestic market, respond to the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", create a festive atmosphere, serve the shopping, entertainment and recreation needs of the people.

Meeting to deploy the Plan to organize the Industry and Trade Fair - OCOP Products of Binh Thuan province in 2023.

Through that, Binh Thuan will display and introduce the province's achievements in the cause of innovation and development to promote the patriotic emulation movement, determined to successfully carry out the task of local socio -economic development according to the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025. At the same time, it will also focus on introducing typical products, typical rural industrial products, OCOP products, tourism products of Binh Thuan and promoting trade activities, linking between businesses inside and outside the province...

At the meeting, the leaders of the Department of Industry and Trade (the agency assigned to preside over the organization) proposed the assignment of tasks as well as coordination between relevant departments, localities and units to serve as a basis for implementation according to the plan. In addition, comments were also sought on the overall layout of the areas at the exhibition fair, the province's common booth, the opening ceremony scenario, and the work of mobilizing local businesses to participate. Or issues to note during the exhibition fair: Security and order, environmental sanitation, food safety, electricity and water supply, reasonable parking arrangement, etc.

It is known that the 2023 Binh Thuan Province Industry and Trade - OCOP Products Exhibition Fair will take place from October 19 to 25 on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street - Phan Thiet City (from Ton Duc Thang Street to Le Loi Street). This event is expected to have a scale of about 250 - 300 booths.
