18-storey apartment building in Nghe An has been allowed to let people move in before it has been accepted.

PVNC2-CT02 Petroleum Apartment is located at Nguyen Quoc Tri Street, Hung Binh Ward, Vinh City ( Nghe An ) invested by Thanh Vinh Investment, Production and Trade Joint Stock Company. After many years of letting people live in, but until now the Nghe An Department of Construction has not yet accepted the project.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai (resident of CT02 building) said that his family has lived in this apartment building for a long time, but until now the investor still refuses to issue red books for the residents. In addition, the project has many shortcomings such as many degraded items that have not been repaired promptly by the investor, and the apartment building has not yet been accepted by the authorities.

The leader of Hung Binh Ward (Vinh City) also admitted that, up to now, because the investor has changed the owner's representative too many times, the ward does not know who the real owner is. Therefore, the ward does not know clearly whether this apartment building has been inspected for fire prevention and fighting or construction inspection or not.

The 18-storey oil and gas apartment building in Hung Binh ward, Vinh city has not been approved for construction by Nghe An Department of Construction but has been allowing people to live in it for many years.

On October 20, responding to VTC News, Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang, Director of Nghe An Department of Construction confirmed that up to now, the PVNC2-CT02 oil and gas apartment building in Hung Binh ward, Vinh city has not yet been accepted by the Department of Construction to put into use.

PVNC2 Petroleum Apartment - CT02 started construction in 2015. The apartment building has a total floor area of 15,626m2, designed with 18 floors and 168 apartments.

Previously, this construction project was administratively sanctioned by the authorities because the construction organization did not have a construction permit, violated the construction area; caused subsidence, cracks, and damage to neighboring works...
