International quality lecturers
One of the highlights of the Gloucestershire Vietnam program is the opportunity to study directly with a team of international lecturers, experts with experience teaching and working in countries such as the UK, the US, France and other developed countries. The teachers possess in-depth knowledge and bring practical experience, helping students access international training quality right from the start. In particular, global thinking and the ability to adapt to the international environment are the goals that the school's lecturers focus on.
“Lecturers must meet the quality accreditation criteria of the University of Gloucestershire, UK. For lecturers in charge of teaching English, they must have TESOL/TEFL/TESL or CELTA certificates. The group of specialized lecturers have a master's degree or higher and experience studying, teaching and working in an international environment,” said Dr. Do Huu Nguyen Loc - Director of Gloucestershire Vietnam.
Teaching methods linked to practice
Mr. David Maher - English lecturer of Gloucestershire Vietnam program has held senior leadership roles at Pitney Bowes (S&P 500) and Canon Group (UK). From his own practical experiences, he always wants to bring students the skills and knowledge to be able to compete in the era of globalization.

“Lectures are designed to adhere to international standards, while developing practical skills such as problem solving, teamwork, communication and English language use. Students also participate in internships, industry projects and business networking activities to gain practical experience and build a solid career profile,” affirmed Mr. David Maher.
The teaching staff of the Gloucestershire Vietnam program constantly updates their knowledge and teaching methods to help students keep up with global development trends. From there, helping students improve their competitiveness in today's challenging labor market.
Dr. Ben Adam Clairmonte - lecturer at Gloucestershire Vietnam with experience in research and working in the UK as well as in many countries in Southeast Asia has pointed out many limitations in thinking and skills that most students often encounter. Therefore, he said he always tries to help students improve their critical thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills in their subjects.

“We intersperse practical activities such as applying for a simulated job right in the classroom. Discipline in the classroom is maintained as in a business environment, students are not allowed to be late or absent without a valid reason. This helps students develop a professional working style right from when they are still in school,” shared Dr. Ben Adam Clairmonte.
Foundation for a global career
Gloucestershire Vietnam’s international standard learning environment not only equips students with knowledge but also inspires confidence and courage. This is demonstrated through the real-life experiences of students studying here.
Student Nguyen Hoang Thai Lam, majoring in English and Linguistics, said: “Studying with foreign lecturers, I not only improve my English skills but also gain in-depth knowledge about international culture and working environment. Teachers are always ready to support me, helping me become more confident and mature, ready to enter the job market.”

With many years of experience teaching and working in Australia, Dr. Fabio Rodrigues Dos Santos has provided students with a "toolkit" to confidently participate in the international working environment: "My practical experience is a tool that students can apply. I share my own struggles so that they understand that development always comes with challenges. Through real-life situations, students will learn how to face difficulties and draw lessons at work. This helps them develop the ability to adapt to the global labor market."
