The art program "You are Ho Chi Minh" will take place at Ba Dinh Square on May 18.

At 8:10 p.m. on May 18, a special art program titled “You are Ho Chi Minh” will take place at Ba Dinh Square (Ba Dinh District, Hanoi). The program will be broadcast live on VTV1 - Vietnam Television.

The event was directed by the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, coordinated by Vietnam Television, Hanoi People's Committee, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command, and Netmedia Joint Stock Company.

According to the Organizing Committee, the program is staged in 3 segments. Segment 1 - "Nguyen Sinh Cung - Nguyen Tat Thanh" is associated with the national values ​​that shaped his qualities. Segment 2 - "Nguyen Ai Quoc - Ho Chi Minh" is the period of absorbing the quintessence of humanity, finding the way to save the country, participating in international movements, founding the Party and the great and brilliant achievements in the revolutionary stages of 1930 - 1975 and the period of Renovation, integration, and development - the Ho Chi Minh era. Segment 3 - "Vietnam! The era of rising up" affirms that his name is the gathering of the sacred soul of the country, drawing the two words Vietnam independence, freedom, and happiness on the world map.

The art performances are elaborately staged, combining traditional and modern music and dance, staged scenes and 3D mapping projection technology to create highlights.

Through touching stories and artistic images, the program honors President Ho Chi Minh - a genius leader, national liberation hero, and outstanding cultural celebrity of Vietnam.

The event contributes to spreading Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style to cadres, party members and people, especially the young generation; consolidating the great national unity bloc and promoting internal strength in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
