HSU Master's Program: More than 45% of students are CEOs, managers and 100% are aiming for real value in their careers

Accordingly, HSU awarded master's degrees to new graduates in the fields of Business Administration (MBA), English Language (MAE) and Tourism and Travel Services Management (MAT). The new masters graduating this time have 18 scientific research articles published in prestigious domestic and foreign journals, along with 5 practical application topics, which were assigned to decide on implementation at enterprises.

Of these, more than 20% of new masters are directors/deputy directors of enterprises, and more than 25% are holding management positions in domestic and international enterprises. According to the survey of the HSU Graduate and Leadership Institute in 2025, 95% of students expressed satisfaction with the quality of the training program, its applicability, and the dynamic, multidisciplinary learning environment.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Huu Huy Nhut - Vice President in charge of Hoa Sen University shared: "In a decade of training postgraduate programs, HSU is proud to have provided high-quality human resources for the whole country with more than 1,000 former masters - who are now famous and have built their own careers."

According to him, the three typical qualities of HSU students are the spirit of research, critical thinking and the ability to apply knowledge into practice. In particular, the two MBA and MAE programs of HSU have been quality assured by AUN-QA - the Network of Southeast Asian Universities. At the same time, students are also trained by the Faculty of Founders, Executives, Senior Personnel of Corporations, General Companies and Scientists with rich experience in teaching and research at HSU.

At the graduation ceremony, new master Do Nhu Thao (MAT Valedictorian) - Deputy Director of Administrative Personnel and Head of Customer Care and Quality Management Department of Saigontourist Travel Services Company Limited said: "I am confident that studying for a master's degree is not just to receive a degree, but for us to confidently affirm that: knowledge is only truly valuable when shared and contributed. Because, in the context of a constantly changing global world, knowledge has become the foundation to help people adapt, create and spread good values, for human values and the sustainable development of the whole society".

Also within the framework of the ceremony, HSU held the opening ceremony of the new school year, aiming to foster entrepreneurial spirit, develop a team of successor leaders, and strengthen connections with the elite student community.

Facing new challenges, Deputy Director of the Graduate School & HSU Leadership - MSc. Nguyen Bao Anh advised the new masters and students: "Knowledge is a journey without stopping. Each of us should always maintain the desire to learn, dare to step out of our comfort zone to face challenges, persistently pursue our passion and contribute positive values to the community."

MSc. Nguyen Bao Anh also said that in the 2025-2026 school year, the Institute will continuously build a dynamic learning environment and train in an applied, streamlined, and effective manner. In addition to regularly updating new knowledge, the Institute will promote the inclusion of case studies in the curriculum as well as training sessions from leading experts and seminars with famous speakers in the fields of management, technology, finance, education , etc.
