| The 2nd Conference of the Party Bloc Trade Union Executive Committee |
Accordingly, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Bloc Trade Union officially announced the decision to end the activities of 17 grassroots trade unions of the state administrative sector receiving 100% of their salaries from the state budget and transfer the remaining 17 grassroots trade unions to the Provincial Labor Federation. At the same time, the Provincial Party Bloc Trade Union also completed its tasks and officially ended its activities.
Established in March 2025, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Bloc Trade Union has 34 affiliated trade unions, divided into 4 emulation blocs with a total of 2,537 union members. Although the time of operation is not long, the Party Bloc Trade Union has been active in all activities to protect the legitimate rights of workers. The Union has participated in the activities of agencies and units, protecting the rights of union members; organizing cultural and artistic activities; visiting sick union members as well as the joys and sorrows of brothers and sisters.
Patriotic emulation movements and agency building are implemented by the trade union in coordination with the leadership in agencies and units. Key movements such as Good Worker, Creative Worker, Innovation, Creativity, Efficiency, etc. are widely implemented among union members and workers, contributing to promoting civil servants and public employees to perform their tasks well.

The grassroots trade unions also performed well the task of propagating to the majority of workers; mobilizing union members to join the trade union organization; participating in introducing outstanding union members to the Party for consideration of admission. In 3 months, the grassroots trade unions introduced 15 outstanding union members to the Party grassroots organizations for consideration of training and admission. Financial work and the recovery of loans that workers submitted to the Labor Federation have been completed.
During the period of operation, the Trade Unions have actively performed professional tasks as well as actively participated in trade union activities.

On this occasion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded Certificates of Merit to 2 collectives under the Lam Dong Provincial Party Bloc Trade Union. At the same time, 6 union officials under the Party Bloc Trade Union were awarded the Medal for the cause of building the Vietnam Trade Union.
Mr. Pham Sy The - Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Bloc Trade Union said that with 17 grassroots trade unions transferred to the Provincial Labor Federation for management, the important issue is to continue maintaining operations and find new directions of operation suitable for changes in the coming period.

Union officials of the grassroots unions also exchanged a lot of information, expressed their thoughts, feelings, and concerns about union activities as well as the lives of officials, union members, and workers.
• Duc Trong District Labor Federation held the 7th Executive Committee Conference, 9th term to implement contents related to trade union activities; including announcing the decision to dissolve and transfer many grassroots trade unions.

According to the assessment at the Conference, in the first 6 months of the year, with a sense of responsibility, trade unions at all levels in the district have proactively implemented the program of activities and achieved many remarkable results, such as: Admitting 511 union members, establishing 2 new grassroots unions at non-state enterprises; 5,800 union members and workers were propagandized and disseminated the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws related to labor and trade unions.

100% of trade unions in the state sector have fulfilled their tasks well; 71 outstanding union members have been introduced to the Party for consideration of admission. 100% of units and agencies have organized conferences for cadres, civil servants and public employees, and 55/59 enterprises have organized conferences for workers. The work of caring for the lives and protecting the rights of union members and workers has been carried out with attention.

At the conference, the Executive Committee of the Duc Trong District Labor Federation reviewed and summarized the activities of the School Union in the 2024-2025 school year. Also on this occasion, the District Labor Federation announced the decision to dissolve 103 grassroots trade unions of administrative agencies receiving 100% salary from the state budget with 3,317 union members from June 10, 2025 and transfer 63 grassroots trade unions with 3,577 union members to the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation for direct management; at the same time, identify key tasks to be implemented before implementing the 2-level local government model.

In the first 6 months of 2025, the Trade Unions at all levels in the district coordinated with the authorities and employers to take care of Tet for nearly 3,000 union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total value of over 500 million VND. Implementing the Tet Sum Vay program in 2025, the Standing Committee of the District Labor Federation presented 110 gifts and supported 14 bus tickets for union members and workers in difficult circumstances to return home for Tet.
The District Labor Federation organized the launching ceremony of Workers' Month - May 2025 in conjunction with the response to the Labor Safety and Hygiene Month. Funding support of 20 million VND was provided to equip 2 water purifiers for workers at the collective housing area for forest product processing workers of Bao Lam Forestry One Member Co., Ltd.
The Labor Federation and local departments and branches coordinate to organize sports , cultural and artistic competitions to celebrate major holidays and important events of the country and locality.

The conference also approved the decision of the Bao Lam District Labor Federation on dissolving 90 grassroots trade unions with 2,784 union members under the Bao Lam District Labor Federation and ending the activities of the Executive Committee and Inspection Committee of grassroots trade unions for the 2023-2028 term from June 20; at the same time, approved the decision on transferring 29 grassroots trade unions under the management and direction of the Provincial Labor Federation from June 25.
On this occasion, 3 union members in Bao Lam district were honored to receive the Medal for the cause of building trade union organizations from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded Certificates of Merit to 2 individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities in 2024.

The District Federation of Labor awarded Certificates of Merit to 25 groups and 61 individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation movements and trade union activities in the 2024 - 2025 school year.
