(Dan Tri) - After more than a week of competing at Miss Universe 2024, Vietnam's representative - Nguyen Cao Ky Duyen - has had some achievements but also revealed some limitations.

The Miss Universe 2024 season will kick off in late October and early November with the participation of 130 representatives.

This is considered the most crowded season ever and brings together a quality group of contestants. With some innovations in the organization and requirements for the contestants, Miss Universe 2024 promises to be very exciting and unpredictable.

Recently, Ky Duyen officially reached 1.8 million followers on her personal Instagram page. After a few days competing at Miss Universe 2024, she has increased by more than 100,000 followers.

The above number helps Ky Duyen enter the top of the beauties with the most followers on Instagram at the Miss Universe 2024 contest.

According to statistics from the Sash Factor website, before the competition began, Ky Duyen ranked 4th out of 16 contestants with the highest number of followers on Instagram with 1.7 million people.

With what she has shown over the past time, the Vietnamese representative is commented to have entered the competition well, with a confident demeanor and a neat appearance every time she appears. However, her biggest weakness is her ability to communicate in English.

Through several videos of the Vietnamese beauty interacting with contestants from other countries or answering international media, she revealed a rather limited vocabulary and lack of diversity in her answers.

In a backstage clip from the Día de los Muertos event, when interviewed by Telemundo, she appeared embarrassed. "Hello everyone. I really love you. I like Mexico. I love Mexican people. I love Mexican food, it's really good," she said.

With changes in the organization, the contest has gathered a diverse and large number of contestants. This year's contest will have a top 30, top 12, top 5 before selecting the beauty queen and 4 runners-up. In addition, the Organizing Committee will also announce the beauty queen award by continent and the winners of the sub-categories will have the opportunity to be in the top.

The final of the Miss Universe 2024 pageant is scheduled to take place on the evening of November 16 in Mexico. The reigning Miss Universe Sheynnis Palacios from Nicaragua will hand over the crown to her successor.
