Recently, on social networks, there have been short videos recording beautiful actions that have been widely spread, such as: The scene of a student walking to a roadside drain and seeing stagnant water, this student stops to observe and then cleans up the trash around the drain mouth so that the rainwater on the road can drain away. Or the humane scene when cars move slowly through a windy bridge area to provide cover, helping many motorbikes safely pass through the windy area. In addition, there are many beautiful images of young people cleaning up trash in public places that have been spread... The strong spread of those clips is not because of anything too special, but because the images and actions in the clips evoke good things in each person.

Kind deeds in the community help spread good things

Ms. LTL (living in Long Xuyen City) goes to many places every day to collect plastic bags and plastic bottles to sell for money. Although she is not conscious of her work, in some situations, Ms. L. always feels self-conscious when receiving scrutinizing looks. Ms. L. confided: “Because of my poor circumstances and poor health, I choose this way to earn money to make ends meet. Sometimes, I am lucky to meet kind people who are kind enough to send me plastic bottles and unused items. Some people even ask me to come to their house every 2 weeks to give me plastic items they collect from sorting their family's daily household waste. Meeting people like that makes me feel very warm.”

It can be seen that a kind act is not only a civilized way of behaving, but also a factor that connects people in the community. Like a positive reflex, kindness can be "contagious" because when witnessing or performing good behavior, people tend to want to replicate it. A beautiful, kind act performed in a public place can easily create a chain effect, such as: When we see someone stopping to help someone in need, we also feel like doing the same or when we see someone picking up trash and throwing it in the bin, we feel embarrassed about littering...

Although kindness is a natural action in every human being, to spread a kind lifestyle, it needs to be nurtured from the living environment,education from relatives, schools, and society.
