Party and political work achieved high quality and efficiency, annual political education met 100% of requirements (from 75% - 80% good and excellent); logistics, technology and finance were ensured; leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and Party cells were improved, contributing to building a "Typical clean and strong Party organization" and a comprehensively strong "Exemplary and exemplary" Brigade, meeting the requirements of the task of protecting the Fatherland in the new situation.
