At the end of each month, SHB will pay rewards to the customer's card account within 15 days from the date of announcement of the list of customers eligible to receive incentives each period on the SHB website, via email or push app. In particular, at the end of the program, 05 customers with the highest foreign currency spending turnover corresponding to each card line according to the program rules will be considered for awards and have the opportunity to own extremely valuable gifts, including: 1 first prize is Iphone 16 ProMax worth 37 million VND; 1 second prize is Ipad Apple Air 6 worth 24 million VND and 03 third prizes are Apple Watch Series 10 worth 13 million VND/piece.

Gifts will be given to customers within 20 days from the date SHB completes the award review and announces the list. A customer can apply multiple incentives at the same time during the program implementation period, thereby increasing the chance of receiving gifts from SHB. At the same time, customers who register to open a new SHB Visa Platinum/Visa Platinum Star card and generate a minimum spending turnover of 8 million VND or more will be refunded 1 million VND. Cardholders will also receive a refund of up to 5% (up to 600,000 VND) from SHB if their total cumulative sales for the weekend food sector (Saturday and Sunday) are from 500,000 VND/statement period, are exempted from 3-month installment payment fees or a 20% reduction in 12-month installment payment fees at all payment points. With SHB Mastercard credit cards (Casback and FCB), new cardholders who have a minimum spending turnover of 5 million VND will immediately receive a refund of 500,000 VND. Customers will also be exempted from 3-month installment payment fees or receive a 20% discount on 12-month installment payment fees at all payment points similar to other credit cards. Notably, during the time frame from 09:00 - 23:59 every Saturday, customers who shop online on Shopee and pay with SHB Mastercard international credit cards will receive an E-voucher for a direct discount of 100,000 VND for orders from 600,000 VND.
