Today's trading session (July 25th) saw the stock market continue its upward trend. The VN-Index closed up more than 10.1 points, reaching 1,531.13 points. Trading volume on the HoSE reached over 37,200 billion VND.
During the market rally, shares of securities companies surged strongly, with most stocks maintaining positive gains. In particular, some stocks hit their upper limit, such as APS (Asia Pacific Securities), VIX (VIX Securities), and VND (VNDirect Securities).
Meanwhile, SSI shares rose 6.25% to 34,000 VND per unit. Trading volume reached over 62.1 million units, an increase of approximately 40% compared to two days ago.
SSI shares also became the index's leading stock, having the strongest influence on today's market rally. Other leading stocks included VIX, VND, VCI, etc.

Another notable stock in the session was VJC ( Vietjet Air), the only stock in the VN30 group to reach its upper limit of 121,900 VND/unit, with no sellers at the end of the session.
To date, VJC shares have risen for five consecutive sessions, including three sessions hitting the upper limit. This upward trend has pushed the stock to its highest price in a year. The net worth of billionaire Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, Chairwoman of Vietjet Air, continues to increase sharply to $3.2 billion.
Contrary to the trend, VIC shares fell 1.64% to 114,100 VND/unit; VRE shares fell 1.01% to 29,500 VND/unit. These two stocks were among those negatively impacting the index.
