In March, the famous British travel magazine Time Out unexpectedly honored Quang An, Tay Ho district, Hanoi in the list of the most interesting streets in the world .
As described by Time Out, new businesses are constantly springing up along the 1km stretch, turning Quang An Street into a gathering place for cozy cafes, fashion stores and cuisine. It is only 5km from Hanoi's bustling Old Quarter and has many entertainment spots. What the British travel magazine feels most impressive is that the street corner is peaceful at noon but can transform and become bustling at night.
Quang An starts from the intersection between Tu Hoa street and Xuan Dieu street and extends to the intersection with Quang Khanh street.
Because of the fresh air, Quang An neighborhood attracts many international tourists and people walking and cycling.
Quang An Street leads tourists to the historical site of Tay Ho Palace. This place worships Princess Lieu Hanh. According to some data, the palace was built around the 17th century. Every holiday, New Year, the first and fifteenth day of the lunar month, this place is visited by thousands of visitors every day to pray for peace.
Banh duc and xoi com dishes are introduced right at Tay Ho Palace to help visitors better understand Vietnamese culinary culture.

Briona, 56, a tourist from Canada, shared: "Enjoying cool coconut water, enjoying the breeze and looking as far as possible to see West Lake is my most unique experience when visiting Hanoi."
Many tourists have expressed their amazement at the villas on Quang An street because of their modern and nostalgic architecture.
Time Out magazine expressed its interest in a souvenir shop showcasing the culture of Vietnamese ethnic groups on Quang An Street.
Accommodation facilities range from budget to 5-star hotels around Quang An neighborhood, making this a popular destination for international tourists.
Time Out magazine also mentioned Quang An flower market, about 1 km from the neighborhood of the same name. This is where hundreds of fresh flowers are gathered, distributed to small traders in Hanoi and some northern provinces.
